Wellbeing …By Design

Through my years of practice this has become my favourite phrase. I have learnt that the concept of health and wellness is unique to each individual. It needs to be shaped, sculptured, nurtured, and designed to suit the needs of each special being. We seem to be living in an era where so many of us just aren’t well. The key to wellness is to know when we are out of synch. We must be aware of our discomforts and dis-eases, on every level of our being. Then we must consciously commit firstly, to making the right choices and, secondly, to making the the time, to do what’s best to support our healing so that we can show up as our best selves for ourselves. Our healing journey should always be about self-love and self-care.

I believe that we all participate in our healing. Let’s keep it simple, and in harmony with nature. Let’s always strive for balance and harmony.
