A-B-C’s of Wellness

My ABC of wellness is inspired by my own healing and yogic journey, and I give full credit for this approach to the practices of ancient wisdom and the wisdom prophets of our modern age. This allows us to remember and understand the beauty of practices that support our healing journey in a simple, mindful and beneficial way. My experience with my patients, the wisdom of the wellness gurus and ancient traditions suggests that this is where healing and recovery should always begin. We should all commit to embracing practices that help us to connect with these concepts on a deeper level.

It’s lovely to remind ourselves of ourselves. A knowing of exactly where you are in your healing journey and where you would like to be.

Where awareness goes, transformation follows.

Pay attention to SELF.

Become aware of what is moving through you on every level of your being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Become aware of your thought, your words and your actions. We are taught this by our gurus. This is simply the power of self-observation, that can change the way we think, feel and live. See you first.

Breath

We breathe every day, yet we do not know the beauty of our breath or its impact on our wellbeing.

Breath is yours. You own it. Its free and it can free you.

Becoming aware of your breath brings awareness to rest of your being and allows you to be more present in a space where life is happening for us. Breath brings us home to where we need to spend more time. From this place healing begins.
